RoyaltyStar Mental Health is an offshoot of RoyaltyStar Financial Services, a company that was founded in 2019 by a finance expert. This offshoot was born in 2021 by a PMHNP with broad experience in psychiatry, 7 years of experience as a Psych RN, 4 years as an outpatient Psych NP, and one year of acute practice. During these years, it became clear that treating the patient in acute care for a few days to one or two weeks and then discharging the patient without continuation of care was just a recipe for failure. The need for the continuation of care could not be overemphasized.
Continued care slowly transitions the patient back into everyday situations, equipped with the necessary tools to help optimize their independence and live a meaningful life, apply the skills and strategies they have learned in inpatient treatment to real-life situations, stay connected with loved ones while still receiving the treatment they need, remain in collaboration with their treatment team, remain accountable to their personalized care plan, and maintain commitments and responsibilities with work and school.

Meet the Owner
Ephraim Fombo is a Psychiatric/Mental Health Nurse Practitioner-Board Certified (PMHNP-BC) with broad-based experience ranging from acute care to outpatient ambulatory services and enjoys using a collaborative approach to develop a comprehensive diagnosis and plan of treatment for clients, as well as supporting them through all their mental health-related management concerns.
